Chilli Garlic Prawns: Atlantic wild tiger prawns blanched with ginger and lemongrass stock. Wok toasted chilli, garlic, asparagus and sweet chilli sauce
Asparagus and Fennel Salad: Asparagus, fennel, pomegranate and lettuce, seasoned with truffle dressing.
1 Seafood Noodles: Egg noodles, salmon, tuna, squid, prawns, coriander, chilli, carrots, beans and leeks.
1 Steamed Sea Bass: Sea Bass fillet, wilted spinach, baby potatoes and roast pepper sauce.
2 Chocolate Mousse: White and dark chocolate mousse.
