4 California maki: Snow crab, avocado, spicy mayo and sesame.
4 Nigiri: Raw tuna and salmon on sushi rice.
4 Chicken Satay: Chicken thigh in peanut sauce with wild rocket leaf and pickled onions. 
1 Papaya Salad: Green papaya, carrots, mint, coriander, green apple, peanuts and chilli.
MAIN
1 Chicken Pad Thai: Chicken, tofu, green beans, carrots, bean sprouts and chilli garlic.
1 Wok Beef with Thai Basil: Beef, peppers, bean sprouts, spring onion, roasted peanuts and basil.
DESSERT
2 Mango Passion Fruit: The sweet taste of mango combines perfectly with the tangy passion fruit.
WINE
1 bottle of Pouilly-Fuissé, Excellence, Domaine Perraton 2017: A rich, complex wine with aromas of exotic fruit complemented by subtle hints of vanilla. The palate is round and buttery with ripe apricot flavours enveloped in delicate oak nuances and moving through to a long finish. Alc 13.5%
