1 Wok Beef with Thai Basil: Beef, peppers, bean sprouts, spring onion, roasted peanuts and basil.
2 Mango Passion Fruit: The sweet taste of mango combines perfectly with tangy passion fruit.
1 bottle of Panchille, ‘Cuvee Alix’, Entre-Deux-Mers 2018: This domaine's top cuvée is named after Panchille's daughter, made of 90% merlot and 10% Bordeaux Blend Reds, from vines aged for 45 years on average. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and stored for 6 months in caves before bottling. This is a rich, complex wine with typical Bordeaux characteristics such as aromas of red and dark fruit, subtly supported by a touch of wood.
